Biography

Before launching Keystone Kidspace, Jessica was a nonprofit consultant specializing in strategic and business planning and taught courses in nonprofit management, social entrepreneurship and philanthropy at York College.

She led the board of York’s Central Market during its multi-million dollar revitalization effort and has served on the boards of a number of local nonprofits including the Cultural Alliance and the York JCC. Jessica is currently serving her second term appointed by Governor Wolf to the Pennsylvania Commission for Women. A native of Montreal, she met her husband Pat while working and living in Boston and they moved to his hometown of York in 2007. They have two boys.
