Cookie Science: The Role of Butter

Saturday, May 9, 2026
 10am-12pm

Join Ms. Melissa in the KitchenLab as we explore the science of baking by experimenting with one powerful ingredient: butter! We’ll bake batches of chocolate chip cookies while changing only the butter to see how it affects texture, flavor, and how cookies spread or stay soft. Get ready to investigate, compare results, and make some delicious discoveries along the way!
