Now that the holidays are over, take a night just for you and some friends. Come gather around the table with Nature's Platter and let's talk charcuterie!! This truly unique (and delicious!) workshop will elevate your entertaining to an impressive level as you learn how to assemble a charcuterie board like a pro starting with the basics: What is a Charcuterie Board? How do I select the meats and cheeses to use? How much food do I need for my guests? How should I arrange the food? What are some other uses for your board...and so much more.
You will learn how to build an aesthetic presentation through the selection of a variety of meats, cheese, fruits, nuts and other accompaniments...and then partake in the masterpiece created during our time together!
This is a 21+ event and BYOB. Participants are welcome to bring along a bottle of wine or other beverage to enjoy.
