More Information

Join us on Saturday, April 2nd for a series of FREE drop-in improv workshops for kids! Instructor Missy will be introducing a form of Improv called Shorthand. Shorthand Improv gives the participant the opportunity to use their creativity in scenarios that may seem like an everyday activity. Shorthand utilizes a list of games that they have chosen, they are always volunteer-based (you don't have to participate in anything you aren't comfortable with). Shorthand Improv sessions will run for 30-45 minutes and always end with a fun game where everyone can have time in the "spotlight."

Space is limited and participation is first-come, first-served. Sessions will be offered at 11am, 12pm, 1pm and 2pm and are offered for FREE as part of the drop-in experience.

Speaker: Missy Eller

Missy Eller

Missy Eller (She/They) is a senior theatre major minoring arts administration and is set to graduate from York College of Pennsylvania this May! She has lengthy experience working on multiple shows throughout her four year collegiate career. Missy's postgraduate hope is a career in theatre education. Part of their requirements to graduate is to finish a senior thesis project, and she has chosen to volunteer at the Keystone Kidspace teaching the youth about a very special part of theatre: Improv! She looks forward to meeting all of the amazing families that are involved in Keystone Kidspace!
