Our MissionIndividual Gifts
As a community-based nonprofit organization, our work to benefit kids and families would not be possible without the generosity of our community. Keystone Kidspace gratefully accepts tax-deductible contributions from individual donors throughout the year, whether by credit card, cash, or check, either one-time or recurring. We also welcome contributions from donor-advised funds and family foundations and can accept gifts of stock or other assets as well as bequests.
Gifts at any level help us to sustain and grow our mission-based programs, broadening and deepening our impact on the Greater York community.

supplies to keep kids crafting and creating every day, discounted admission for low income families, innovative and foundational programming, and so much more.
Supplies Donations
When you serve tens of thousands of visitors each year, you go through a lot of supplies! While we put out calls throughout the year for frequently used materials, we also gratefully accept in kind donations throughout the year.
Whether you’re a business frustrated with all of the “waste widgets” that you dispose of on a regular basis (Paper tubes! Packaging! Caps! Misprints!) or a family ready to purge a craft closet full of supplies that you know someone surely could use, Keystone Kidspace will gladly accept and repurpose your donations in our maker programs. If you are unsure whether your item is something that we would accept, please reach out to us.
Donations of supplies can be dropped off on weekends during our Open Play hours or on weekdays during our office hours. You are also invited to purchase highly needed supplies directly from our wish list and they will be shipped directly to us!
Each year, we go through over...
500 rolls of duct tape, 400,000 googly eyes, 2,500 cardboard boxes, and an ever-growing list of things that might surprise you like feathers, circuits, sand, helmets, spoons, yarn, drills, dice, ceramic tiles, safety glasses, paint, drum sticks, black lights, rubber ducks, confetti, resin, mints, wool, soldering wire, resin, magnets, glue, lemons, screws...
Corporate Partnerships
Businesses and Corporations are an integral part of our community and critical partners in our work. Corporate supporters have provided in-kind donations (goods and/or services), sponsored our programs and events, purchased corporate memberships, matched their employees’ contributions, run employee community service initiatives, and made major gifts.

Educational Improvement Tax Credit
Did you know that Keystone Kidspace is an approved Educational Improvement Organization and qualified to accept EITC contributions from companies and individuals who have been awarded tax credits by the Commonwealth?
What is the EITC Program? Pennsylvania Act 4 authorizes the award of tax credits to businesses and special purpose entities that make contributions to approved educational improvement organizations like Keystone Kidspace. Designate your tax dollars to directly benefit students in our greater York community. Every dollar received through this program will be invested in our transformational STEAM enrichment programs serving disadvantaged and underserved students.
